During a search on the internet for property in Fayetteville NC area, we came across a listing of a home by Mr. David Sattelmeyer, a Century 21 agent. After initial contact via email, we scheduled a date to view the property with Mr. Sattelmeyer. From that point on up to closing it has been wonderful working with Mr. Sattelmeyer through the purchasing process. He has been there always from offering us assistance to providing us with information on all aspects for purchasing and selling property. We really thank him for being fair in coordinating with the seller for our offer purchasing property in the Woodfield subdivision, Fayetteville and making sure all inspections of property meant the buyers satisfaction. I will say that, anytime we had a question concerning the property we purchased in Fayetteville, he responded within 12 hours or less. I would recommend David Sattelmeyer to anyone that is having trouble selling their home, or anyone that would like to sell their home quickly. My first home was in a quiet family neighborhood in Fayetteville, but I moved and had to sell the home. I attempted to sell the home myself "For Sale By Owner", but for 6 months I received no offers. I lived in Fayetteville for nine years, and resided in my house on 3447 Sugar Cane Circle in Huntington Park for four of those years. Many fond memories and great relationships with neighbors and close friends were built and shared while living in my Fayetteville home. At first I debated renting my home versus selling it, in hopes of returning to Fayetteville and my community. Then I consulted Dave Sattelmeyer of Century 21.
